3. Free and Premium Tiers

• Free tier: Limited to 5 downloads per day, includes watermark and advertisements.
• Premium tier: Unlimited downloads, no watermark, no ads. Requires active subscription.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to bypass usage limits through automated means
• Use the service for fraudulent purposes
• Reverse engineer or copy our service

5. Photo Quality Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, PhotoPrint Pro does not guarantee that generated photos will be accepted by all government agencies or official bodies. Photo acceptance depends on the issuing authority's discretion. We recommend verifying requirements with the specific agency.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all photos you upload. We do not claim any rights to your photos. The PhotoPrint Pro brand, design, and software are our intellectual property.

7. Payment & Refunds

• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for premium subscriptions

8. Limitation of Liability

PhotoPrint Pro is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including rejected photo applications.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
